Here are the most frequently asked questions about exams.
- How long does it take to get an exam mark?
Allow five working days to get an exam mark. If a hard copy exam is mailed to Calgary for marking, please allow an extra day or two.
- What’s the difference between an exam rewrite and an exam challenge?
Students who fail an exam after completing a course may wait seven days and then rewrite the exam. Someone who needs to recertify and doesn’t want to take the course again may request to challenge the exam – in other words, write the exam without taking the course. Enform can arrange an exam challenge in the college closest to the student.
- Can I take an oral exam?
Yes. Students may request an oral exam for most courses. To make this request, call Enrolment Services at 1-800-667-5557.
