Enform works to recognize the companies taking the time to demonstrate their commitment to safety through Safety Stand Down. Here are the 2012 registered companies to date (please note this list will be updated a minimum of once every two weeks).

Stories for Stuff
This is a new initiative in which we are asking companies to post their Safety Stand Down Stories. Post a description of your SSD event: where you went and who attended, what you did, anything unique that happened, etc. Post pictures of your event or post videos. Stories, pictures, and videos should be posted on the Safety Stand Down Facebook page. Please be sure to list company name and contact person. If you prefer, you may also email your stories, pictures, etc to Safety@enform.ca
Stories for Stuff is designed to provide the forum to share your company’s commitment to safety with others. First the stories, pictures, etc, will be shared with others through the SSD Facebook page. Secondly, your pictures, stories, etc could be chosen to promote Safety Stand Down 2013.
We are rewarding those who take the time to submit stories, pictures or videos by entering the submitting person’s name into two separate prize draws. The first draw will be in April and is for two tickets to the 2012 Petroleum Safety Conference. The second draw is in October and will be for an Apple Ipad. The winners will be contacted directly and will also be posted on the Enform Website and on the SSD Facebook page. Be sure to list your company and main contact information

How to Order Plaques and other Safety Stand Down Paraphernalia:
Ordering Plaques:
If your company would like a Safety Stand Down plaque, they are able to have one made. The Safety Stand Down Logo is not copyrighted and may be used as required by your company. The logo may be found on our website under Communication Toolkit. You need only contact a reputable distributor and ask them to use the SSD logo to create your plaque. Although we have not worked directly with them in the past, Prestige Glass has created several SSD plaque designs for you to choose from. You may choose to have a separate wall plaque for each year, or you may have one plaque that can hook on smaller plaques indicating each year you participated.
Ordering Other Safety Stand Down Items:
Your company is free to order any Safety Stand Down items it wishes. Enform is not currently having SSD materials made, but in the past we have been very pleased with the items we had made through Drive Sportswear. Drive has a copy of the SSD Logo and has created many SSD items in the past including lunch kits, water bottles, vests, hats and more. Drive Sportswear also created this year’s SSD stickers.
